If your Windows laptop is slow and you need to speed up, here are a few tips to improve its performance.


PC Manager

Try the Microsoft Manager, PC Compatible with Windows 10 (1809 and above) and Windows 11. It gives you features like health check, boost performance, storage management, process management, startup apps management, software management, pop-up management, windows update, browser protection, efficient disk cleanup, security features, privacy protection and data recovery.


Check For Malware

Install your preferred antivirus or use free version of Microsoft defender antivirus software, run a full scan to check for any malware. As malware can slow down your computer.


Close Unnecessary Programs

Some software programs may be running in the background even if you have closed them. Open the task manager to know more and close the unwanted background software programs.


Turn Off Startup Apps

When you turn on your computer, a few software programs may start automatically in the background. You can use Microsoft PC manager or other methods to turn off the unwanted startup software programs or apps.


Update Drivers, Software
